Documentation: Polyarchy

Polyarchy is a term coined by the political scientist Robert Dahl in 1956.
However it is here used in a different way, advocating the overcoming of monopolism (e.g. territorial monopolism, legal monopolism, monetary monopolism, etc.) linked to the existence of the state.

Polyarchy is then seen as the empowerment of individuals and communities and the end of statism.
